How to Order
Ordering a Karge Guitar is simple. Email, text or call Randy if you're interested in ordering a Karge Guitar or if you have any questions. Randy will go over the following with you to make sure you get exactly what you want.
The Body
- Body style—one-cut or two-cut.
- Body wood—alder, mahogany, chestnut, ash, or another custom lumber of your choosing.
- Body finish—paint or clear coat.
- Pickups.
Neck
- Neck shaft wood. The default is curly maple, but Randy will go with mahogany or another wood if you want.
- Fret board—rosewood, maple, ebony, or another wood of your choosing.
- Fret wire size. Randy generally uses nickel frets, but stainless steel is also an option.
Other components
- Bridge—Callaham vintage style or customer preference.
- Tuners—Gotoh vintage split shaft or customer preference.
- String gauge—customer preference.
- Covers and Knobs—customer preference.
- Tweed hardshell case.
Guitars start at $2,600 and generally don’t go above $4,000 for the very highest end models. This does not include the cost of shipping. A $500 deposit is required upon ordering.
Guarantees
The Money Back Guarantee. Even though each Karge guitar is custom made according to the client’s specifications, Randy holds the money for seven days to give the musician a chance to try it out, see how it feels and sounds. If the client says the guitar is not right for him or her, Randy takes back the guitar and gives a full refund, except for all shipping costs.
The Lifetime Guarantee. Karge guitars come with a lifetime guarantee for maintenance and repair. Any modification from originally issued hardware is covered minus the cost of required hardware.
